GerbiqData deletion
The Gerbiq app connects only to social media accounts that Gerbiq owns. You do not log in to it and it never accesses your account. We may still hold some data about you if you commented on, mentioned or messaged one of our virtual creators, or if you emailed us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to privacy@gerbiq.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us the platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or email) and the username or email address concerned.
- If possible, send the message from the same email address, or be ready to show that the account is yours, for example with a direct message from it to our creator.
We will delete the data we hold about you, including comments, messages and user identifiers stored in our systems, within 30 days, and we will confirm by email. We may keep a record of the request itself, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What we cannot delete for you
Comments and messages you posted also exist on the platform where you wrote them. You can delete them there yourself, and the platform keeps its own data under its own privacy policy. For YouTube, you can also review connected apps on the Google security settings page.
